We would like to sing the praises of Kimberly who was an absolute delight to deal with.
Myself and my wife had the opportunity to upgrade but lacked the technical knowledge and what and which package and phone choice would be the best for our circumstances. Kimberly was,.. as previously,..absolutely on point!
Well worth the 400 mile round trip to get this level of service yet again, outstanding service. Thank you Kimberly.

Excellent service
Needed to renew contract and upgrade phone
Found all the staff who served me over 3 days at your Camberley’s branch, really helpful, knowledgable and patient
Roshan helped me look at what contract was best for me, answering my questions etc
Charlie helped me with the purchase again giving me lots of information
Came in today to hand my old phone in and Jan again helped me with lots of questions about the 16 pro max
Your staff made what could have been a confusing and scary time , so much easier and I wanted to give feedback

Janice has helped me now on 2 separate occasions with my phone I don’t like phone calls would rather speak to someone face to face she helped me about a year ago with my storage but today was an upgrade got me the best deal & explained everything perfectly she’s really lovely to talk to as well. The shop in Camberley were absolutely…
The shop in Camberley were absolutely amazing. We had had such bad experience on the phone with someone that we were going to cancel our contracts but after Jodie looked after us we were much happier. She explained everything in layman’s terms and I’m exceptionally happy with my new phone and the whole trade in process that she guided us through
