Poor to Vodafone store in Carlisle on the very windy morning where Jack with lovely smile and warmness help me. Jack help me in every possible warm way, not enough I get better SIM plan, and I came out with the new phone in my hands. He made my day and I'm with new plan and phone. Switching to vodafone
We went into the Carlisle shop to add a phone to an already existing contract and to swap to Vodafone broadband .We were served by Nathan who was brilliant. He talked us through the process , explained everything clearly without putting any pressure on us ( We are both 75 years old and not very tech savvy)
Today we have changed to Vodafone broadband, everything was easy to understand and simple to operate. We are very happy with the outcome.🙂

The employee who helped me, named Jade, did a great job. She was very kind and patient with me. Sometimes I couldn't understand her because English isn't my language. She would explain it to me again. Excellent.

Well Jade was absolutely fantastic,patient and absolutely outstanding customer service. This young lady has earned her salary in just one day. We had a lot of trouble changing number/ address and bank details so Jade helped us with it. It took a lot of time and navigation but Jade persevered and got the job done. Our assistant Jade was the most wonderful helpful person I have ever encountered in a customer service situation.
She was able to sort out the problem with my husband's phone that I had been told at a different Vodafone branch could not be solved. I am so grateful for her help

The Staff are just lovely
The Staff are just lovely. I was greeted by Dan who came over immediately to ask how he could help and then Jack who sorted out my new Tariff.
Very helpful lovely staff. I am not especially au fait with all the new phones but Staff here at Carlisle Vodafone are knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

Jade was great when I came in to store on Saturday. She explained how to set up WiFi and gave me other information I needed about this. She was really nice throughout my visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

I called into Carlisle store on 19.08.25 and spoke to Nathan about upgrading my broadband which was not possible at this time, so he looked at my other account and was able to lower my monthly bill by an amazing amount, while going through each account he explained everything that he was doing and what was going on in great depth. So grateful for his help
