Great customer experience
Not being the most technical it was great having Mandy help me through the process of buying a new phone and having the patience to set it up ready for me to get going. Mandy was really knowable and a lovely person too

Good staff
Mandy tried everything to upgrade my laptop, unfortunately the system as usual didn't allow me. I can't praise mandy enough as the amount of times over the kast few years she has had to dort my account, all credit gor her patience.

Very poor attitude from chloe who I initially dealt with
Walked off saying I had a poor attitude.
Luckily I then spoke to many who was much easier to deal with and gave some useful advice
