I highly recommend this branch of Vodofone
We were more happy with the different members of staff we met when we went in for a replacement phone and information about about changing our broadband supplier. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel rushed at all.
I can highly recommend you to visit when needing information or a phone.

I had the misfortune of getting my phone stolen on holiday. I had only had it 8 months. I went into the Vodafone shop in Chesterfield and was served by the lovely Kal. Not only did he sort me a new sim and retrieved my phone number he talked me through my options for getting a new phone the cheapest way possible as I still had to continue paying for the stolen phone. Once I had chosen my phone he went off to talk to the store manager. When he came back he advised me to sweeten the deal and put a smile on my face after having my phone stolen he was not only going to add a discount to my airtime plan he was giving me a free tablet too that comes with a sim with 1gb of data. Kal was absolutely amazing and couldnt do enough for me and we had good banter while he did his thing on the computer putting everything through. He even told me how to retrieve all my information and photos. I can't thank Kal or Vodafone Chesterfield enough for the help they gave me. I'm now back up and running on my new phone and a very happy Vodafone customer.
