Excellent customer service from Liam
Liam and his customer service, who was excellent at his job and persevered with a problem on my account which had not been picked up and dealt with for years. This took a significant amount of time and several dealings with more than one member of the online customer services.

Been with Vodafone for well over 20yrs…
Been with Vodafone for well over 20yrs , I cancelled amazon prime but they still charged me for it spoke yesterday with customer service waste of time . They were not interested, can't wait for my contract to finish , cos I will be gone .

Rick (Vincent) is a lovely chap. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything in lehmann's terms so I could understand easily.
Even when up against slow systems, he was very enthusiastic. Couldn't do enough to help me with a big smile on his face!

I called into the store to renew…
I called into the store to renew broadband and potentially add a further iPhone to my account. Charlotte from the Chorley store dealt with my request and managed to get 30% off the list price along with cheaper broadband.
She was pleasant and courteous throughout.
