First class service. Both Zu and Kieron very welcoming on arrival. I am a long term user of Vodaphone and as usual the standard of care/knowledge was second to none. Outstanding support
Jess at Vodafone Cirencester gave me excellent help today. Unannounced I call at the shop today with a problem with my phone. She was determined to solve the problem ! Kieran was incredibly helpful with all my questions and spent time explaining my contract and bill. He explained things clearly so I could understand and advised me on my current phone and and contract. I would recommend Kieran as he has great customer service skills and in a world of online loop holes and robot chat I strongly suggest that companies invest in people and enable customers to have face to face help.
