Great help from Danny at Clacton on Sea
My husband who is blind and has a basic pay as you go phone hadnn't used it lately and the sim had been disconnected. We tried on line and over the phone to get help but to no avail so we went to the shop in Clacton on Sea where we were helped by Danny, it took quite a bit of his time but he managed to get it reconnected with the same number. So big thank you to Danny it was so much easier trying to sort problems face to face as on line or over phone proved impossible
