Went in to Colchester Vodaphone as broke my phone yesterday and Jordan was incredible. Didn't push, got me exactly what I wanted and was honest and happy to serve. Could not recommend this store more and Jordan is incredible!

I returned to the UK last Yr. Because I used Vodafone in Australia, I signed up with them in the UK. But, my phone bill started on £18.00 60GB plan, then after a month increased to £35.00. I then included international calling. My bill was over £100.00. Then someone from the UK, with my IDs/same UK mobile number closed my Australian pension, my bill increased to £200.00.
But,then Vodafone changed my spend limit from £200.00 to £100.00. I recently got hacked again for the 9th time in 8 years in NZ/AU/UK.
I recently spently asked them to increase the limit because my Australian ANZ visa debit card kept declining. I needed to get my funds and call the bank. Then I reached £200.00 spend limit. VODAFONE CUT MY SERVICES ALTHOUGH I HAD 13GB OF DATA THAT I PAID FOR. ON FRI21JUN2024, 09:30AM, VODAFONE 18A CULVER WALK, COLCHESTER, STORE. I CALLED VODAFONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESUME MY SERVICES IF I PAY £85.00, WHICH I DID. I 3 HOURS I COULD MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS, NO DATA. I RETURNED TO THE STORE, THE STAFF RESET THE NETWORK, REMOVED SIM CARD, SAID IT CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS.
COME SAT22JUN2024. STILL NO DATA. I CALLED VODAFONE, AGAIN ANNOYED. SUN23JUN2024, 10:00AM. I CALLED VODAFONE, SPOKE TO ANITA, SHE ASKED ME 5X SECURITY QUESTIONS, SHE READ THE NOTES, I ADVISED HER I WAS INCONVENIENCED, THAT I WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION? SHE SAID YES OK. I THEN ADVISED HER MY HUSBAND SGT Daniel US Military RAF FIGHTER PILOT WAS MONITORING THE CALL, AND CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON, ANITA DISCONNECTED THE CALL.
14:47PM. BACK TO VODAFONE IN COLCHESTER. KEVIN THE BUSINESS MANAGER, GOT AGGRESSIVE/RUDE TO ME, I TOLD HIM I DO COMPANY RESEARCH FOR MY JOB, ON SALES ADVISORS/SERVICES, I WAS MAKING NOTES, HE ASKED TO SEE IT, I TOLD HIM NO, HE WAS TALKING TO A TECH ON CHAT. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO PROBLEM THEIR END. I THEN CALLED 191 VODAFONE, SPOKE TO SUSAN, SHE DIDN'T ID ME, SHE LET ME PAST 5X ID QUESTIONS??? SHE HADN'T READ THE NOTES, I ADVISED HER I PAID, YET DIDN'T GET ANY DATA SERVICES, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD NO HOLD MUSIC. ALSO, TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SPOKEN TO 2X BRITISH CITIZENS, USUALLY THEY ARE EGYPTIAN OR SA. SUSAN, GOT A TECH (M) SEIF HE SAID HE NEEDS ME TO REMOVE SIM & PLACE INTO ANOTHER PHONE, I REFUSED TO DO THIS. HE THEN WANTED ME TO TELL HIM MY PHONE SERIAL NUMBER? I SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS? YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW THAT. WE HAVE REMOVED THE SIM 6X TIMES IN 3X DAYS, RESET THE NETWORK 3X TIMES. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
HE THEN SAID VODAFONE CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING ISSUES, I SAID WELL, WHY DIDN'T I GET A TEXT, AN EMAIL. I SAID AGAIN, MY HUSBAND SGT Daniel US Military RAF FIGHTER PILOT TOLD ME VODAFONE ARE CUTTING YOU OUT, GO AND ASK THEM WHY? SUSAN & SEIF HAD ME ON CONFERENCE CALL. BY THIS TIME I WAS ANGRY, I SAID AGAIN, I'VE HAD MY PHONE FOR 4X YEARS, AND I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. IT'S DAY 3X STILL NO DATA? I THEN SAID, I WANT MY MONEY BACK? SEIF GOT AGGRESSIVE, SPOKE REALLY FAST. I REPEATED MYSELF. I PAID FOR A SERVICE, YOU HAVEN'T PROVIDED, I WANT MY MONEY BACK? I ASKED FOR COMPENSATION, THAT ANITA SAID I COULD HAVE £££, HE SAID HE CAN'T DO THAT, I ASKED FOR A MANAGER, STILL NO MANAGER. I SAID, RIGHT, IVE SPENT TWO HOURS ON THIS TODAY, I AM LEAVING NOW TO GO HOME AND TALK TO MY HUSBAND. IF MY DATA IS NOT ONLINE TOMORROW, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
THERE HAS BEEN ISSUES WITH VODAFONE SINCE DAY ONE, BECAUSE SOMEONE IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND HAVE MY IDENTITIES, SO VODAFONE UK NEED TO HIDE ME. I ACTUALLY OWN THE COMPANY, IT WAS STOLEN BY ALL OF MY EX BOYFRIENDS AU/NZ/UK/CI.
IT IS ACTUALLY A BREACH OF PRIVACY, AND IDENTITY THEFT.
WE HAVE A LEGAL COURT CASE. BECAUSE MY HUSBAND SGT DANIEL US MILITARY COLLECTS DATABASES, HE IS ALSO A DATA HUNTER, RIGHT? I HAVE PEOPLE CONNECTED TO MY PHONE, THEY PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH MY EMAIL, I RECENTLY HAD 16X PHONES CONNECTED TO MY UK NUMBER. I HAVE COME HOME, STILL NO DATA. I ALSO, DON'T HAVE FOOD FOR 12X DAYS COS VODAFONE WANTED EXTRA PAYMENT TO ACTIVATE SERVICES.
THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD SERVICE.

Alex was really helpful, I'm not at all tech savy and she helped me with everything.

After spending hours getting nowhere with the Vodafone call centre in India, Alexandra (Alex) was a breath of fresh air. Within minutes of me entering the shop she understood the issue and took steps to fix it. She did in ten minutes what literally hours of chats & calls with the call centre did not achieve. I left the shop with my phone service working perfectly.

Alex was friendly, a good listener, professional in her approach, and a focussed problem solver. Perfect in every way. Thank you!

Worst network ever counting down the days to end the contract i have already contacted customer service many times useless all the time they only waste your time.
