Best customer service from Jonny today
We had the best customer service today from Jonny! He was such a great help in sorting my dad's phone that had a virus on it. Having been to an independent phone shop who was going to charge a substantial amount of money to fix the phone we went to the Vodafone shop to ask their advice, and without hesitation Jonny helped answer all our questions and went above and beyond to fix the problem! Thank you so much for all your help and expertise! Nothing was a problem
