The service I received from Ben was…
The service I received from Ben was first class , he was the only person that was able to help, I made numerous calls to Vodafone and the service was poor , the in shop experience was excellent and something Vodafone need to look at.

Best Service from a Mobile Provider
Was in store a few days ago with Ben.
I had broken my phone and he got me sorted with a new one, got my SIM card back and got all of my contacts and pictures back on the new one!
Top tier service and I would recommend to everyone

Every time I have been in staff have always been professional, friendly and helpful.

Had a hawaii phone that was smashed up and not connecting to the Internet, Paul C got everything swapped a cross to the new phone for me including all my photos, contacts and apps, thanks again Paul, great help
