Kai at Crawley was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get my account moved from Business to Personal. He went through my whole plan and I’m now in process of moving from BT broadband to Vodafone. I’ve never been in the Crawley branch but as Kai is based there we will be going there in future. Thank you Kai for all your help with this.
