Anjie was covering at the Didcot branch today. She was incredibly helpful and very easy to talk to. I left feeling like I’d been paid not like I’d just spent money :)

Dave was super helpful after helping us with sorting some air time and phone contract plans. He helped us fully understand our plans as well as get us some better and cheaper air time plans!

Great customer service and a great manner in which to retain long-standing customers.

I visited the Vodafone store in Didcot this morning because my handset has been out of contract for some time and I wanted an upgrade. My enquiry was dealt with by Dave, who was brilliant. He listened to what I wanted and talked me through some different options in a knowledgeable but not pushy way. The process was really straightforward and I left as a happy customer :)

I saw two members of staff, Dave and Summer, on two separate days. They could have been more helpful and friendly. They knew exactly what I wanted and sorted everything out promptly and efficiently.

Summer guided me through my new phone choices, including upgrading my tablet options. Throughout she gave me advice best suited to me whether it would save me money, future considerations about my choices and excellent advice about adapting my choices to suit my options. Her customer service was exemplary and I look forward to returning to the store to collect my order

Drew and Dave were able to sort my issue professionally and quickly and hence the 5 stars.
The problem I was having was complex and required sos assistance. The biggest problem Drew and Dave faced is that there was no SLA for them to provide me and so close to Christmas I needed this as I needed my number in order to make payroll payments. They, however, were happy to pass on all the knowledge they could and looked to get the best/most efficient option completed for me.
On the other hand, a sales director type person was in the store training a new employee this afternoon. This individual used scare mongering tactics that I did not appreciate and was shocked to hear. Among other things I heard: ‘Here’s a link to give me anonymous feedback, but just remember I know where I was on the 17th’ and similar type remarks. As a new female member of staff (with the sales director being an older gentleman) I would have ran a mile. I was shocked. I of course would leave a negative review for this but I want Dave and Drew to have their 5 stars. 🌟
Thank you Drew and Dave.
I hope Vodafone are able to reset the feedback for the sales director so that GENUINE feedback can be given without threat or fear.

I came in pretty stressed, having failed to get broadband and an upgrade online. Drew sat me down and instantly calmed me down, he was very patient and took me through all my options without up selling. He understood my budget, my needs and took the time to find me the most incredible deal that I would never have been able to find myself. I think I'll always go in store now, I thought online was quicker and better but I was wrong. Drew really was excellent, as was his colleague Nikki.

I went to Vodofone Didcot and Summer was so friendly and helpful. I was asking to upgrade my air plan and She was give me the best price from Vodofone. Thank you very much Summer.

took open reach 4 days to come out and fix the wifi ik this is not on you but the guy on the phone who works for Vodafone didn't really help but just left us with no wifi and said someone will come out in 3 days if you live in ox10 i don't recommend getting this wifi get 10 download speed witch is very slow dunno if its a joke or something but its not very funny when it takes me 3 days to download a game i wanna play. open reach says you cant get better download speed and also lied and said we get 28 download speed when i haven't seen it go up above 20 but at the end of the day just to let you guys know the download speed is next level terrible so if your looking to download games or films or anything this is not the to go for many thanks had to get this out of me never seen anything like it
