Michael did it all and explained it all without making me feel an idiot! or old foggie!
He was cheery through it all and never once made me feel that I was a nuisance.
I always go to the Vodafone store for help .Its so much easier and less scrambling for my old brain .Thank you Michael and Vodafone for keeping the shops open .

Traveling to the UK

I had a contract query having renewed line rental and purchased a new handset before the end of my precious contract. Ashley from Vodafone explained that my handset payments had continued for the overlap period but my payments would be lower on next bill.
