Always good service in the Durham store…
Always good service in the Durham store with helpful staff, particularly on Sunday 16.07.23 when my daughter and I went in for upgrades to our phones, especially from Taz, as the phones were not behaving!! Eventually all was sorted and thanks to Taz for his patience 😀

Shout-out to Daniel
Shout-out to Daniel, who sat with me for hours to sort out a complicated problem. I came into the shop upset and confused and he not only fixed the problem but cheered me up. He went through hours on the phone with me and really fought for the best outcome. Far and away the best customer service I've had.
