I am just visiting the uk and was looking for an esim for a few days. The two gentlemen at this location were extremely helpful even though they couldn’t offer me any of their services. They allowed me to use the guest wifi and offered me a seat while I tried to buy an eSIM online. This was definitely the best way to start my vacation in London, encountering people who went above and beyond to help me in a non-transactional manner. And they were extremely pleasant and friendly. 1000% recommend

East Grinstead store
I went into the East Grinstead store today to get a new phone and contract, with the aim of moving from a different provider.
The store was warm, clean and calm and the staff were really friendly as I walked in.
I was seen by Luca who was professional and really helpful. He was clear with the details about how my number transfers from the old provider to Vodafone.
The whole process was quick and smooth and really easy.
