Poor experience Eamon
Did not have a good experience in store, was told global roaming tariff included a country I would be visiting but turns out its not part of the plan. They can't change the plan and ive now spent my sunday afternoon speaking to customer services who cant help either. I was mis sold a tariff, i now need to wait for the phone to arrive, go back into store and make a complaint to resolve their error. Ive wasted so much time and I am really annoyed. Will be looking to speak to the store manager
