Great customer service

I would like to mention Vodafone, Eltham store. Demi, the Assistant Manager, who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.
We actually visited the store twice, and on both occasions Demi was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel genuinely valued.
A huge thank you to Demi for all her help — she is a real credit to the store!

I had such an amazing experience in store today and last Tuesday when I visited the Eltham branch to get an upgrade. I had been putting off getting an upgrade as I find the process really stressful - I’m not tech minded.. however I need not have worried as Demi totally put me at my ease and talked through all my different options. She helped me navigate my new phone and showed me different tips/suggestions to make life easier. She was a complete angel 😊
