Lies lies lies
Phone went in for battery refresh.
Told it would be free.
They then called me up to charge me nearly £200 as it was not in fact free.
To be lied to to my face in their store about a service being free and it then not has truly agrivated me.
Phoned up, no discount on a new phone, no I have to take back the phone that I asked for them to replace the battery on and be thankful to them for not doing what they said they would.
I will take this further I will not accept being lied to.
