Exceptional service from Jon and Emma (the two Assistant Managers in the Exmouth Vodaphone store)
Mad props to Jon and Emma (I hope I got their names correct - they are the two Assistant Managers in the Exmouth Vodaphone shop), & I want to give them a big shout out as they spent a lot of time assisting me, plus both went above and beyond for me over three days whilst I was being really indecisive and just a generally annoying customer (not intentionally lol)! They were the personification of patience and professionalism, and are a real credit to both their store and the Company. I was out of my contract, so I could’ve gone to another company for a new contract/ phone etc, but purely based on their top-tier customer service, extensive knowledge in their field and the amount of time they spent patiently with me - I decided to stay with Vodaphone & upgrade! So if you’re thinking about upgrading or switching to Vodaphone; then I highly recommend popping into the Exmouth Vodaphone store & having a chat with them, as they really listen to what your needs are and come back to you with some highly competitive, quality offers!

I can't praise Jon enough
I can't praise Jon enough. We turned up to the store at 5.20 and he stayed with us until 7pm sorting my phone problems. He was great with my very bored kids who now think he is a legend. 10/10 service, professionalism and dedication. We will be vodaphone customers for life.

Emma is absolutely awesome
Emma is absolutely awesome. She has looked after my 82 year old Mum with so much patience and kindness. My mother visits the Exmouth store at least once a week. No request or query is too much for Emma. It is so good to know there are still such wonderful individuals so willing to help. I cannot recommend the store enough. Thank you
