Good customer service
Having come out of my contact, I wanted to discuss my options to reduce my monthly fee. Even though I was very clear that I wasn't in a position to "sign on the bottom line during my visit", I received honest and open feedback from Seif, who took the time to explain the different options and explain them in clear, non techno babble speak. Went into Vodafone Farnborough this morning to do an early upgrade on my phone, I was served by a wonderful lady named Kimberly who I believe is the manager from the Camberley Vodafone, she made the whole experience super easy and straight forward, she also helped my partner upgrade his work phone which again was very straight forward, 2 very happy customers! :)

Customer service was above and beyond. Jamal at the Farnborough branch was very informative and even better as he offered us different discount options being a loyal customer. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Advice was exemplary and totally unbiased
I had had internet discussions with Vodafone who proposed a new contract and gave me a quote for a new device I had chosen. Michael at Farnborough Vodafone pointed out discrepancies in the quote and device I had chosen which made me rethink this possible contract and device.
