Chaimaa was superb in sorting out…
Chaimaa was superb in sorting out issues created by Vodafone relating to Full Fibre installation. Vodafone had assumed in confirmatory emails that I wanted to switch to FF and placed a disconnection tag on my landline without checking with me. Chaimaa’s understanding and patience in ensuring that the disconnection ( and my alleged order ) has been cancelled was in sharp contrast with the mass of incorrect and contradictory information I have been given in past 10 days in various conversations with Vodafone people. You need more people like her!
