10/10 a happy customer
Waseem made the whole experience of upgrading my phone very easy. He worked out the finances and got me a great deal. He transferred all the information from my old phone. His expertise made the whole process a pleasure. As a long time Vodafone customer I am again very happy.

The staff member Waseem helped me out today. He was polite, helpful and patient with me as the system was taking longer than usual to operate. Thank you Waseem for your help and for kindly rewarding me with a Costa Coffee code! Great customer service and would be happy to return again :)

Staff not uploading complaint
I have been in the shop 9 times since getting 2 new phones . Each time they said we will raise a complaint. Andway when i go back in again theres nothing on computer .. how helpful is that .well today my daughter made sure it was logged the guy who did it today was so caring . Did the job because we got a email from vodaphone . Any i wont name the people .but i will say . She told me she put complaint in and when the guy ask her today she said no she didnt do it . Your lies in the shop will catch up with you all . Thank you to young man today who did put complaint forward .

Painless experience.
Mira was extremely helpful in sorting a problem with my existing phone. I wanted to replace my wife's i phone and Mira explained the options and prices expertly. We chose a new phone and data was transferred. First class service.
