We were assisted by Michael who was absolutely great. He was friendly and very knowledgable about everything we asked him. The whole experience was easy. He knew his products inside out - getting a new phone for me, and a new sim contract for my husband as well as advising us on changing to Vodaphone for our broadband. Michael is definitely a huge asset to the Buchanan Street store. Well done!

Kimberly helped me with changing phones and made sure I kept all my messages and pictures which was imperative to me she was friendly and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone when buying a phone

I went in today because the phone I bought from you is cracked at the back and very slow. The person I spoke tobin Buchanan st Glasgow was horrible. He said in a very condescending way..' of course it's the battery ' Then he said , ' It will cost £25 , to change your pin to a new phone.' Are you kidding?
I am a writer, I shall certainly be doing an article about that rip off!
Did I mention, he was stinking of garlic?

Great service in this store, sometimes despite difficult processes it’s the staff that make ALL the difference…! Michael has been amazing over two visits - I came back to see him specifically and will again!

Michael was extremely helpful when I came in to renew my contract regarding moving to a SIM only. He explained everything thoroughly and was able to secure an excellent deal for me. I can't fault or recommend Michael enough for his excellent customer service. If visiting the Buchanan Steeet branch ask for Michael!

I came in to fix my damaged Samsun 23utlra screen & they fixed it same day & at the best price ever in Glasgow.
Sean from my first contact at Glasgow Vodafone office today was so amazing with his customer services skills, explained everything that needs to be done in detail to. It also good to know that there is a warranty on the repair for one year.
