He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, and his friendly, approachable manner made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I had an amazing experience at the Vodafone store thanks to Altea!!!
She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Phone and plan to suit my needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable patient and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure.
