Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful
He was able to get my daughter up and running with a UK number quickly and gave sound advice. He was also really good to talk with and took a genuine interest in my daughters needs.

Becca
Becca was exceptionally helpful, answered all our questions, and produced a financial answer which allowed us to upgrade both our phones.
I’m editing this review as following written contract arrived we realised that we had signed for something which hadn’t been clearly explained to us on the day. We have since had to make phone calls plus another visit to yet another store where the lovely young man sorted everything out for us after a distressing couple of weeks.

Upgrade
Went in to upgrade my phone and I was approached by Altea who was wonderful and when it came to options she gave me the plans that would best suit my needs and wasn't pushy at all which is refreshing to see.
