I visited the Greenwich store after I lost my phone. I was stressed out losing access to my contacts. Amjad assisted me to get New phone and transfer my data into the new device. Excellent service

I came into the Vodafone Greenwich store to enquire about a mobile hotspot. I was attended to by Sergiu who was very tolerating of all my questions. I have been to the store a couple of times and commend him for his consistent customer service. I left a very satisfied customer.

We have been several times in Greenwich…
We have been several times in Greenwich branch. Sergiu,the assistant manager welcomed us in a warm manner. Also, with his experience he helped us immediately. Highly recommend, he is there until 6.30pm everyday🙂

Had a major data speed issue which…
Had a major data speed issue which Vodafone customer service from many attempts couldn’t fix it or give me alternatives.
The one person that helped me figure out what I needed to do was Sergiu. He took me through the steps, advised me and ultimately fixed my issue.
He was very nice and we had a great calm chat.
If you have an issue with Vodafone and need help, Instore is the way to go. And Sergiu and his team are a credit to Vodafone.
