After a bad experience with Vodafone customer service I had to go into a Vodafone branch in Harrogate to resolve the problem. Tom and Cameron were brilliant. They found the route cause of the issue, explained the situation and my options to me, and rectified the error made by the service advisor. They were friendly, approachable, thorough and professional. Thank you both for your help!

In a world with poor service , to have Tom from Harrogate was a breath of fresh air . He was amazing . The service was seamless. He was so professional, polite and nothing was too much effort. He was so good . An asset to vodaphone .

Brilliant service
I had problems finding my account to arrange Euro data roaming. Dawn couldn't access my account either. She persisted and, with Dan's help, discovered I was with a third party company. They helped me get back with Vodafone direct, get the data roaming - and reduce my monthly bill! They were fantastic in how they went about this and I'm very grateful.

All round great experience
Dawn at the Harrogate store was very helpful in sorting out our package to add mobile plans onto our existing broadband and managed to fulfill all of our requirements.
