I was served by Tom today
I was served by Tom today, what a breath of fresh air. It was quick, easy and he definitely knew his stuff. I had lost my phone and he helped me get everything sorted and in the cheapest way, actually saving me quite a bit of money. I usually put off updating contract etc. because it takes so long but he was so friendly and good fun. Thanks Tom.

Dawn works in the Harrogate store and was very helpful.
When I went into the Harrogate store to ask about changing my contract Dawn was so very friendly and helpful. She talked me through all the options and came up with a good deal on a 24month contract.
Very happy with the service from Dawn and in general from Vodafone. I have been a loyal customer for over 9 years.

Excellent assistance. We actually went somewhere else first but the service was terrible and our experience with Tom was exceptional. He was knowledgable, friendly and surpassed customer experience. He got us a great result and I now understand how it all works! Highly recommended.

If you need a mobile plan go to Vodafone
In particular Isaac but in fact all of your team at the Harrogate Vodafone branch were kind patient never condescending to a very dyslexic woman of a certain age. They were all working out which plan and add ons I needed to be able to phone my children in Israel. Your Harrogate team are to be commended. I would happily recommend not just Vodafone but especially Issac & the Harrogate branch.

Excellent team work at Harrogate branch
I was very impressed with Vodafone Harrogate branch's staff for their huge patience and great knowledge about their products.
Dawn kindly helped me solve my iPhone's messages sending barrier problem with Tom's help when necessary!
Dawn and Dan answered my enquiry for a potential new iPad contract.
Their team work was excellent helping each other to help me answer all my questions so that I could get a wiser decision in the end.
