Lack of information at Harrow Town Centre
I went to ask about a network issue with my area. I was informed that there is no issue. This was later refuted by an O2 staff member who showed me that a mast in my area is being repaired. Moreover, the staff member Akshay in Harrow Town Centre seemed rude and aggressive.

I came to Vodafone store for first time to get a phone and I got amazing customer experience from Hafsa. She has gave me good advice and because of this wonderful service I ended getting a sim for my wife too. She also got my phone set up. Please come and look for her
