Incredible service with outstanding technical knowledge
I needed to start a new contract and having moved away from Vodafone 3 years ago due to poor service following problems with my on line account.
Yesh served me in the shop and I was impressed by her professional and attentive manner. As a team the staff were amazing and helped me set up a new contract and gave me good reasons to buy an iPhone from the shop instead of the Apple shop which is what I was intending to do.
Overall I am very impressed with the service from the staff and will come back again. Many thanks.

Restore phone number on Voxi pay as you go direct debit
James in store was most helpful and didn’t give up till my issue ( created by staff on the on line chat) was sorted. Speaking on chat to 3 operators caused my phone to suddenly stop working a few days later. It took time to get my phone no. reinstalled but all issues resolved before I left. Thank you James and the other staff in store yesterday who chipped in with advice .

Recent visit to Vodafone store in hereford
I popped into the hereford Vodafone store to upgrade my phone on 16.11.24. I upgraded from a samsung flip z4 (rubbish phone) to a samsung s24fe. I was served by Dale who was brilliant, he was very helpful and made the upgrade so easy. He was friendly and made my visit to the shop enjoyable. This is the 2nd time I have used this store to get a contract phone and just from this recent visit, would make me choose this store again. Thank you Dale 😊
