Issue with Roaming
Duane, Fil and Simon have all helped me fix an issue with my mobile data not working since coming back off holiday. It has been extremely frustrating but they've been so helpful in resolving the issue.

Excellent customer service
I recently switched from O2 to Vodafone at the store in Hereford and Givvi sorted it all out for me in under half an hour. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and she worked with me to find a package that fit my needs.
I recently returned to switch my home broadband to Vodafone. I was looked after by Imogen and I found the experience just as smooth as before. She was able to save me over £10 a month vs my current broadband bill so I'm very pleased. Credit also to Charlie who made us feel very welcome and supported while we were there.

Duane was very helpful
Duane was very helpful in resolving my SIM issue. I spent hours trying to resolve this issue over the phone but to no avail, I came into the store and Duane sorted it out in minutes.
