Excessive waiting time on weekends
Excessive waiting time on weekends. As their be more staff on weekends. As many people use to come. And staff mostly focusing on selling the stuff to customer and not willing to entertain who have different query. Specially one lady.

I came into the Huddersfield store as…
I came into the Huddersfield store as my contract had expired. I was served by Evie and she took me through all my options, from a sim only plan, to a new handset with trade in options. I ended up just renewing my sim only contract for now. But what a delight she was. She was very friendly and helped with all the questions I asked too.

This is specifically for the staff at Huddersfield shop
This is specifically for the staff at your Huddersfield(Kingsgate) branch
My initial reason for going into the branch was to clarify details of my wife's mobile contract. The assistants, Evie & Becky were extremely helpful and sorted our problem out within minutes.
The general conversationtouched on my existing broadband provider and that I was dissatisfied with the high cost and rising. Becky proceeded to outline the Vodafone packages and explained the various alternatives to us, in terms, we, as an older couple could understand.
Needless to say we agreed to change providers there and then, feeling very satisfied that we had done a good morning's work and saved ourselves from much higher bills in consequence.

Excellent customer service today
Excellent customer service today. My Mother is nearly 80 and needed a new phone and contract. Connor who helped get everything set up for her was brilliant. Really understanding and explained everything to her in a non tech way.
