Excellent service
Excellent service as usual. Have been a Vodafone customer for a while, went into store looking for a new phone, spoke with Henry in store.
Got me a new iPhone 14, new contract and ended up paying less than I did on my previous contract!

Most of the time it works ok
Most of the time it works ok, I got a good deal on my top internet speed which is stable most of the time, however can't say much about their app. I put it on a new phone yesterday got it working fine then today I try to sign in again and it wants all my details again like a lost password procedure, I know am retired but I still don't have all the time in the world to be faffing around with sign-in procedures. I've taken the app off its useless. I wanted to chat with someone as my landline is not working, the phone works at my daughter's but not here. The issue is obviously with Vodaphone. Update: Thanks vodaphone I did try that but it still wants me to go through all the sign up procedure again. My landline is now working now anyway.

Connor was a great help!!!
My device had been giving me issues for month and I decided it was time for a change. Connor went through many different devices until we settled on one that suited my needs, he even transfered all the data on my okf phone to the new and gave me a quick run down of the new phone!!
