Been out of service for 2weeks, call multiple time to customer service no help. been in store ready to cancel all my lines but Andreea was very helpful and resolve my issue. i m so happy with the service i’ve received in store.

Rianna was GREAT (take the time to get that right too, Re-anna, not Re-arna, or Re-annananannanan).
Top customer service, I hope she sees this. Was able to do more for me than the previous 2 people I have spoken to. I was due to cancel my 1GB £65 a month contract entirely, whereas now I am going onto a 4G Mobile 30 day contract. You've kept a customer, thanks to Rianna. Give her a bonus! I've spoken with a few of your customer service ops over the last two years and by far Rianna was the best.
