I always get my mobile telephones from the Keighley Vodafone shop; the staff there are so helpful and seem to have infinite patience. Recently I briefly lost my mobile and called into the shop and was assisted by a young man named Waj. He was wonderful: he managed to calm me down and reassure me that even if I did not find the telephone Vodafone could supply me with the same number and he also renewed my contract which was about to run out.
