Had an issue with my phone not charging and my cable not inserting into my mobile properly. Dan was very confident and patient with me and willing to help as he cleaned out my mobile of dust and fluff that had collected and tested it after for me and worked good as new. Very lovely and personable gentleman and highly recommend seeing him in the Kendal store! :)

My old phone completely died on me after hanging on for life, so I went into the Vodafone store in Kendal and was greeted by a young lad called Morgan. Very patient, quick and effective with ordering my new phone and setting it up for me. 10/10!!!

I want to take a moment to appreciate the excellent service I received from Amber at Vodafone, in Kendal. She has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with transferring my old phone to Vodafone and setting me up with my new Samsung S25 Ultra.
Amber was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. She answered all my questions and ensured everything was set up perfectly. It’s not always easy to switch providers or get a new device, but her professionalism and support made a huge difference.

Very friendly staff in the Kendal store…
Very friendly staff in the Kendal store all very helpful and patient. Morgan was especially patient and kind with me as I've never had a contract before however he made my transition from pay as you go very seamless and took care of it all for me. 5 Stars!!!
