Very helpful, polite and patient.
We had a query with a phone that wasn’t working. We had to visit the store twice to get the issue resolved. Both days we saw Sammy. He was polite and very patient with us and got to the bottom of the problem. We weren’t spending any money, but he was happy to help.
Excellent service Sammy! Thank you for sorting us out :)
