Tyler was very professional I am very happy with my new Pixel 7 that I will be getting soon. He was very nice and the process was very quick despite the issues I had with the trade in code with app. Tyler overcame and conquered.

Couldn't have asked for more
Tyler and the team couldn't have been more patient and friendly, especially to someone as clueless about phones and packages as me! Tyler spent a few hours helping me out and went above and beyond even as far as helping with with a case and screen protector. I would 100% recommend and will continue to very happily use Vodafone.

Vodaphone is awful
I have just been on the phone for the 4th time this week. I took a contract out in August last year. So far I am only getting about 4 days internet a week due to black outs and faults. I spoke to Ehab in Eygipt. And said I have a copper line. I pay £47.20 a month for Fibre-optic lines. 1st lie then he can offer me compensation of £5.60. After been told it’s all uk call centres 2nd lie. Then the service will be back Friday it’s now a week and two days and still nothing 3rd lie.
Do not ever use vodaphone for anything just awful. I have told them I am not and will not pay my early termination fee. Of £292.60 when the Customer service team don’t care. And my service is non existent.

Friendly and helpful staff
I came in to check when I was eligible to upgrade and I was served by Tyler who was really friendly and answered all the questions I had, will definitely be back to the Lincoln store next month to upgrade

We're going to call me back tonight between 7 & 8 but didn't.
Didn't call tonight to sort out my broadband router.
I was told to unscrew the face plate on the socket & plug the cable into the test socket.
I gave them 3 numbers to contact me.
No one from this company bothered.
They draw you in & tie you into a contact then then once they have done that, THEY COULDN'T GIVE A .... ABOUT YOU.
When my contracts end I will not renew them.
They are LIARS & don't care about their customers.
DISGRACEFUL.

I payed my bill today then they still told me that I haven't.
I was so confused
Called again today to complane about all my issues with them but after many calls that they just go quiet then hang up on you.
Didn't get anywhere.
I am now fuming.
DO NOT TRUST VODAPHONE as they are Dick Turpin without a mask & behind closed doors.
I seriously HATE this company NOW.
