Excellent service for Phone Contract & Broadband
I recently visited the Vodafone store at Liverpool Street and received truly outstanding service that deserves the highest praise.
I was helped by Athena, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to expertly navigate my needs for both a new mobile phone contract and broadband service. Athena was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and she secured me a genuinely brilliant, cost-effective deal that combined both services perfectly. She was super helpful and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
Furthermore, I want to commend her manager, Ayub, who was also great and clearly fosters a positive, customer-focused environment in the store.
This is exactly the kind of expert, high-quality service you hope for when dealing with complex contracts. Highly, highly recommend seeing Athena and the team at the Liverpool Street branch!

I was very stressed after losing my phone and had been through some hell for two days. The staff in the store were excellent. Really helpful honestly. This is genuine.
