Best customer service
I have never had a good experience at a phone shop until today. Anisa was amazing. She was so patient and kind. She explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. I finally understand how it all works and I’m so happy I walked into the store when I did.

I went into the Vodafone today not…
I went into the Vodafone today not thinking to buy anything. I was very confused and not clear on what I wanted then I came across an employer named anisa she made me understand all the difference. I can’t explain how great her customer service was she really made feel comfortable the whole time I was with her. I still can’t believe I left with a whole new phone when I came in not thinking to buy anything and I’m not mad about it. So thank you anisa 10/10 customer service 5 star rating

Not pushy, genuine service. How it should be.
Went to cancel my contract as the bills we're increasing, until I met Oumar. He professionally explained the reason it was going up (CPI + 3.9%), then offered me to upgrade early to a specialised SIM for my needs. Reduced my bill by almost half and even offered me a coffee - which I would have accepted if I was not allergic. 10/10 service.

Useless
Useless. I have rang them numerous times regarding the essential package, they just don't want to know. If it was the bigger package I'm sure they would be intouch. Terrible customer service.
