Only ever go to Chiswick Vodafone - the greatest store
Chiswick Vodafone is the greatest store ever. Their staff, Sana and Anthony, have been life savers on multiple occasions. I have tried to resolve the issues I encountered at multiple other Vodafone locations (Richmond, Ealing, Hammersmith…) and none of them could help me. The Chiswick store and staff are brilliant. Do not go to any other location. In addition they’re very honest and find deals that are way cheaper than other locations offer. Many thanks Anthony, Sana and Vodafone Chiswick.

Anthony and Sana have both been…
Anthony and Sana have both been extremely helpful with my very complex and somewhat panicked situation. They handled the issue with calm and practical expertise, whilst always assuring me there would be a positive outcome. Their customer service was 10/10. They welcome everyone that comes into the shop with warm smiles and a positive attitude. This is the second time I’ve been into store and both times they have been equally helpful and reliable. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who were ready to help. Mohammad took the time to explain what my options were for a new phone and plan upgrade. He also made the extra effort to make sure I was able to transfer my data to the new phone. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Vodaphone Chiswick.
