After switching to Vodafone for my broadband and home phone I was expecting good service as I have had my mobile phone with Vodafone for years.
For the first week of swapping to Vodafone I wasn’t able to receive any incoming calls.
I reported this to Vodafone via the Chatbot and was given no apology or explanation for this. I have been charged for having a home phone line for that period.
Two months on I discovered that I was not able to make outgoing calls from my home phone. Again, I used Chatbot and was told this was because I hadn’t used my home phone recently. I asked how this service works if you are on holiday, does it stop working each time? I have been charged for this service.

The store manager Patrick was excellent…
The store manager Patrick was excellent he has given me his time and been very patient getting my new handset set up.
He has got me a great terms of contract, a new upgrade with more memory and data.
Patrick is a credit to his long-term employment with Vodafone.
