Malik was 110% helpful, kind and patient! We’ve had a terrible time trying to get SIM cards sorted since arriving in Ireland and he got us all straightened out. Called into Vodafone Magherafelt and…
Called into Vodafone Magherafelt and wasn’t quite sure what or how to go about changing my phone across to suitable deal wi th Vodafone and still retain my number. All explained to us by Malik and Bradley. Malik particularly attentive and nothing a bother to him. I have to comment on how polite and well mannered malik is - he is a credit to himself, his family and Vodafone. The type of person you definetly want front of house - first impressions matter and what an impression Malik left on us. A lot of years since I seen someone of his countenance.

This is now 18th of February and vodafone still don't have my number sorted absolute shambles and would advise anyone to please stay away from vodafone
I got a you phone Jan 2nd and I'm still unable to make or receive calls that's now 11 days .I run my own business and I have lost work because of this .I have been in Vodafone shop 3 times and 3 calls to customer service and still they have not sorted the phone out .possibly I will have to sue for loss of earnings because of this.If more I have been with Vodafone for over 25 years. A butch of cowboys .I have
left my number but there is no point because nobody can phone me because I unable to take calls
