Lynzy was very helpful and empathetic when helping Me change networks. And spoke to the bereavement team for me. She made a very difficult situation a little easier. Which was greatly appreciated

Customer Service as it should be!
A great deal and excellent customer service! Lynzy is a credit to Vodafone and takes time to listen to the needs of the individual customer.
I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for a number of years and a huge part of this loyalty is due to the in store customer service received at Vodafone Merthyr Tydfil.
Customer service goes a long way and once again I have to say the store manager is a credit to Vodafone!
