Vodaphone Newark Branch the best
We have been with Vodaphone for many years and used the Newark branch over the years.
We always purely coincidentally have Leah who helps us. She helped us today, about 18 months ago and also again a year before
She remembers us which is so nice, definitely recommend and ask for Leah

Newark store
Went to the Newark store to sort out an issue with my iPad and enquire about a new iphone. Matt, as always, gave first class service, sorted out the issues and signed me up with a great deal on a new iphone. Can’t recommend the Newark branch of Vodafone and Matt enough, truly five stars.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM NEWARK STORE - Jacob!
Went into Newark store today to purchase new contract & transfer my daughter from O2.
Service received from Jacob was outstanding. Explained everything clearly giving next steps. Offered to set up phone.
Store was welcoming, clean tidy.

Popped into the store for a new phone, and Dennis couldn't have been more helpful. He was very informative and very quick to answer any questions that I had about the upgrade.

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Leah and Izzy went above and beyond to complete our order to set up our new company phone contract including staying over 2 hours after closing time to see it through! Was great to deal with actual people rather than a faceless voice at the main Vodaphone office, thank you and well done for getting us there Leah and Izzy!! If I could give 10 stars I would.
