The thought of having to come in store…
The thought of having to come in store to sort out a new contract is always daunting but Stuart was very helpful and made it all very simple to get me the best deal possible and advise on future plans.

Patience of a saint
Every time I go in to store with an issue, it is always fixed when I leave again. The staff are all fantastic especially Stuart who always takes his time and has the patience of a saint. I know he has stayed after closing for me before just to help sort out an issue on my phone which is something most people wouldn't do. I can't rate them highly enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After an awful experience with O2, dealing with Stuart in Vodafone was a breath of fresh air. I've now set up broadband and a SIM card with Vodafone because of the amazing staff.

Tech Transfer from Stuart
I recently upgraded to a Google pixel 8 and requested everything be moved from one device to another. Stuart and Finnola were both an excellent help and got my new phone up and running in no time. I opted for this service last time I upgraded and intend to do the same in the future.

Very thankful for the staff in Ards. Any time I have an issue I know I can rely on them to assist me. Stuart is always so patient and nothing is too much trouble. I love having such a helpful Vodafone so close by.

I was with O2 for years and the other…
I was with O2 for years and the other night I had a horrible experience when I tried to get help with my phone and was basically laughed out the door. I couldn't believe it. I happened to see Vodafone, so I went in and spoke to a chap called Stewart. He was so friendly and helpful, the complete opposite of what I had just dealt with. Stuart set me up with a new sim contract and talked me through everything. I will definitely be sticking with Vodafone as their service is outstanding!

Upgrade with Stuart
I haven't wanted to upgrade my phone for years but the battery wasn't getting very bad. I asked about my options and had such a friendly conversation with Stuart. He helped me pick a new phone that I love and helped move everything onto it from my old phone. 10 out of 10!

Fionnuala was so helpful in sorting out and using my phone while I am on Holiday.
She explained how to use local wifi in flight mode to to keep costs down and also how to access my Vodaphone App
