Clive at the Paignton branch
Clive looked after me today and was very helpful. Awfully professional service and nothing was too much of an ask for him to help out with my phone contract. I would definitely go and ask for Clive with your phone.

Great customer service in the Paignton store.
Clive was extremely helpful, professional knowledgeable and patient with me.

Paignton Vodaphone Was Perfect
I came to the Vodaphone store this Afternoon, (02.10.25) and was served by Dom. At first I thought I would be unable to set up a contract so enquired if the phone and colour, (IPhone 16, Blue) was available in store.
After checking the stock, Dom reassured me he should be able to set up the contract if I was keen. I took a seat and set up the account. The service provided without was beyond my expectations and Dom went above and beyond.
Any questions asked, Dom was able to provide an answer within a heartbeat. I felt like I was in good hands.
I set up the account, contract and device plan within half an hour. The whole process was smooth as butter.

I visited the Torquay Store today and…
I visited the Torquay Store today and spoke to the store manager Adam. He was very friendly and helpful going through my contract deal i wanted to switch to Vodaphone because they are the peoples network and my current provider was not wiling to match the price Vodaphone would give me. Adam And Che are both amazing at there jobs friendly and supportive. I even took my mums old phone in and asked if Adam could send her photos videos and contacts over to her new phone which was not on Vodaphone but while I was getting my new plan set up he did it for me. Thankyou very much to Adam Che and Torquay Vodaphone Store I am really glad I have chosen Vodaphone.

Paignton is a great store with friendly staff
Sean was a fantastic advisor. Very professional, patient and discussed my options.
I needed an upgrade and found a phone perfect for me and fortunately the phone was in stock too in my favourite colour.
