I'm really disappointed with Vodafone
I'm really disappointed with Vodafone. I've been a customer for many, many years. I switched to a Google Pixel 8 last year. It's started having issues with a green screen a couple of months ago and now has a pink line permanently across the screen. It seems this is a widely known hardware issue. I feel Vodafone should simply replace the handset (I am on a 24 month contract). Instead I took into the Vodafone shop and was told it would be sent away to be looked at would take 30 days. In addition, when I asked if they would switch all the data to an old handset for me, they said I would have to pay £25! Poor service towards a loyal customer. I won't be loyal in future.

He made the process of getting my new iPhone 16 so easy, and I was able to get everything set up in one visit. I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend this store

Vodafone Penrith. I visited this store to upgrade my phone. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had excellent knowledge about services and products. Adam (the guy who served me) did a great job getting my new phone sorted out and took the time to show me how use it.
