I was mislead/missold an agreement in…
I was mislead/missold an agreement in February. Moving from a contract after it had finished to a SIM only arrangement, I was not informed of any potential early termination fee. This nearly cost me £600. Yes it might have been in the small print but it was NOT what I was told by the Assistant in Feb. They stated that I had to keep the arrangement for 3 months and after that I could change at any time.
When I questioned this, amazingly the Assistant informed me that I had to contact customers services. and the shop is not able to contact customer services!! Why? Surely Vodaphone have the details of their own customer service facility?
The help I get today was grudging at best and clearly wasn't going to try and be helpful. A very frustrating and stressful morning .

Served by Emma in the Perth store regarding upgrading my handset. Emma was polite friendly and processed my upgrade with the minimum of fuss. Considering Emma should have been on Holiday but was in working I cannot praise her highly enough.

Friendly and efficient help
Friendly and efficient help with choosing a suitable broadband plan, and also pointed us towards much better mobile phone plans. Emma was great to deal with, set up our orders quickly and explained the process clearly.
Very impressed with the quality of service and happy with the broadband and mobile phone deal which is good value for money.
