Good Friday visit
I popped into the store on Good Friday ( 3rd April ) to look into possibly swapping contract from O2 to Vodafone ( mainly due to poor signal with O2 ). I hadn’t planned to pay more than I was currently paying, however Devan my salesperson was so helpful / friendly and attentive that I decided to give Vodafone a try.
My contract has now started and jury’s out as to whether it’s better signal than O2 but the customer service so far is very good,
